Is anyone else doing the Dukan diet to get their weight loss kick started for the year?
I tried it out for the first time last summer and lost 6lbs in my attack phase and a further 4lbs after that, although I didn't really give myself long enough to lose what I wanted before going on holiday (do we ever?) so put it all back on during my fortnight in Ibiza.
Anyway! This year I want to get down to my true weight, which at 5ft 2 (almost) I should weigh 9st, according to the Dukan website. It's the only plan I've managed to stick to and seen good results with, so I am starting from tomorrow and wondered if anyone else either wanted to join me, or give some support if you're already doing it
