I'm up 7 pounds from my wedding at the end of October. Feeling good though, and back on track now. Need to get back with the exercise. The food is back to normal. Was thinking of buying a rebounding trampoline, b/c it looks like fun and I can do it while watching the television.
7 lbs for the holidays. But if i gain that fast i will lose it that fast, most of it is probably water. Looking forward to getting to my healthiest weight this year =)
I gave myself the week leading up to christmas to indulge and go off my diet, i didnt think one week would be too bad on the waist line.
I started the week at 223 and ended at 227. 4 lb gain in only 5 days! it was ridiculous, but a little over a week later i am back down to 224, so most of the damage has been gotten rid of. it really proved to me how just one week can really screw you up during a diet period.
I actually gained 10 back as well. I was pretty bothered when i weighed myself but i knew it was inevitable. I could also see the weight come back on. I just restarted my diet again zyesterday. Hopefully with my recent foot injury i wont fall too far behind.
5-7 plus waiting for TOM......I am on the upper end of the 160's just shy of 170 but I was back to my regular and normal eating yesterday so hoping to continue with my routine and come back down......
I stalled mainly around 163/162 lbs. I saw 161 lbs last week but TOM is on her way and I'm back up to 162 lbs. Grr!
I lost 6 pounds of water weight in the last 2 days.... thank the lord LOL
Yep, down 4 pounds in 3 days here. Amazing how the body clings to that water.
Grrrrr. Just from the past 4 days, I'm up to 155 from 150, although I realize that it could have been much worse and is mostly water. It's tough to get out of the "holiday food" mindset.
Today (January 6) is Epiphany, so I'm considering this the last day of the "holidays" for me...
Draw a line and move on.
