SOOOOO FRUSTRATED TODAY!!!!!!!! I finally broke my plateau of 218/218.5 yesterday with a 217 ... I ate yesterday great very healthy no cheating at all workout out like crazy did an hr of cardio and took a 2km walk with my son in the afternoon and drank my 8 glasses of water ... and today when I woke up my scale said 220!!! 220!!! are you kidding me??? thats higher then I was when I started the challenge... I am so mad and frustrated it took me forever to get to 217 now this stupid crap!!!!!!! ugh

Awww Candice!

Weight can fluctuate so easily over the smallest things (like my constipation problem last week... ).

I actually accidently fumbled onto the scale this morning...and i weighed 222 pounds!!! That means I have lost 11 lbs since i started this challenge with you ladies, and i just want to say thank you =] i couldnt have done it without you!

So today I went swimming for the first time in 2 1/2 years and I'm so happy that I finally did it Just wanted to share with people who understand what a big deal it is to put yourself out there in a bathing suit
