Its a 4 phase diet. Its french and it currently has the highest success rate in slimming people down fast and keeping it off! If any of you girls are sick of calorie counting and not seeing the pounds come off like they should, then i would pick up the book!
I am currently in phase 1, the attack phase, which lasts for 7 days. I eat nothing but protein! You have to drink a certain amount of water a day, you have to do at least 20 minutes of brisk walking, and you have to consume at least 1 1/2 tablespoons of oatbran, but literally, i've been watching the pounds drop off by the hour. for the first 7 days you lose crazy numbers! then you stable out in the next phase and reintroduce all other foods into your diet. might sound crazy, but if you read the book, it all makes so much sense!!!
