Tankini, Bikini, 1 piece. Quite frankly to feel geniunely goodin any woudl be great! I'm betting that even not all the way to a swimsuit weight would still feel sooooo good. Even just wearing a smaller size and feeling like you can get out of the baggy sweaters and oversize cloths would be great :).
I agree that Riestrella is doing an awesome job, and having a longterm kinda challenge like this is exciting! With months to go everyone has the opportunity to lose a substantial amount for them. Whether its 10 or 50 lbs. This is a great challenge and fun! |
Hey guys, I'm not sure what the h3ll has happened but the spreadsheet has been completely ruined. Someone has completely messed up everything - all the data has been lost. I'm actually speechless as to how this happened...the link I share makes it so anyone can access it and I trusted everything would be ok but obviously not.

I just noticed that. :( I'm sure we could all remember our weights from the last weigh in? Maybe have everyone use that as their starting and re-register? Did you let the mods know? I'm pretty sure we all can agree on who is suspect. That kind of negativity has no place on 3FC. Stupid trolls.

Due to the brilliance of mandalinn I was able to restore a previous version of the spreadsheet so PANIC OVER! Data restored!! Phew!

I have had a really bad week unfortunately. My old eating habits crept back up on me and I had a difficult time getting to the gym. On Monday I had a really bad headache, Tuesday had an awesome work out but over did it and gave myself a migraine, Wednesday was another headache and then Thursday and today stayed late at work to cover for a colleague and didn't end up going.
I am not looking forward to my weight in tomorrow morning since I am pretty sure it will show a gain. I need to make sure I work towards setting myself up for success this week and that starts with finding a healthy breakfast that is packed with protein, cooking something healthy and delicious for lunch eat day, taking healthy snacks with me to work and making healthy dinner choices. I really want to reach this goal! |

aww glad u got the spreadsheet back. well guys hope u all had a bangin week because i did. ..weigh in on sunday...oh and my treadmill finally arrived. we r setting uit up now......no more gym for mee!

Oh my gosh!! I'm so glad you were able to restore the data!! I would have been freaking out if I had noticed!
I had gotten down to 161.8 at one point last week.. but then I had beer.. ugh. So now I've been stuck around 163. :/ I was so looking forward to getting out of the 160s and to a healthy bmi. Now I might have to wait an extra week unless I woosh down before my Tuesday weigh in. |
I saw that it was gone! I was on my phone though so I was like, maybe googledocs is weird on my phone? I'm super glad it's back though.

hey girls, I've lost no weight this week.
I seriously hope my plateau (i didn't loseany weight in two months) happened due to my weight lifting. I can actually see that I've gained muscle on my belly, legs, back and arms! Now that I've started with my preparatios for my 10k, I really hope I0ll start losig weight :) |

Our poor chart. It was so pretty, and made me feel like a slacker since everyone was losing more than me... which was great motivation!
