I agree you are eating to little. I am your height and I eat between 1400-1600. I run 3-4x a week, burning between 300-400 calories each run. My weight is on a decent decline.

Some days I do find myself less hungry and have to force myself to eat even 1200. On days like that I go for nuts (or peanut butter and an apple), dense in calories and good nutrition.

As to how I eat them; I spread them out throughout the day. I eat 2 meals, and 3 or so snacks. Breakfast is a banana. I have a cup of coffee that I have sugar and creamer in that I sip on all day; yes I like it cold. Lunch varies a lot, as does dinner. I eat most of my daily calories with my evening meal. I used to wake up absolutely starving, lately I just haven't been hungry for the first few hours of my day.

Informative thread and some good ideas on how/what to eat. (I was actually just going to make a thread asking lol). For today, I'm going to only eat when hungry and journal it. I need to work on my eating habits BIG TIME.

I've upped the calories this week, and kept my workout regime the same, hitting the gym for at least an hour everyday. The scale hasnt budged yet, but i should probably stop weighing myself every 2 days. It gets discouraging.
