Default Ugh!

I used to be so good at:

dieting
exercising
being disciplined

Lately I have been eating whatever, exercising without intensity, and just mopping around. I don't know how I used to do this. I want to say I started with baby steps, but its so difficult to humble myself and go back to that, it takes so long. UGH.

I think you'll be surprised how fast you can get back into the swing of things I was doing great for a few months and yesterday I had the biggest exam of my life so I've been eating whatever I want for the past week. Honestly, it was worth it LOL. But I'm up 4 pounds and am getting back into gear today. The best thing that works for me is to wake up and FORCE yourself to workout. After that, you won't want to undo the calories lost so you will eat healthier. At least for me, that works if I do it 2 days in a row. Good luck lovely. You can do this!!!!!!!!!

ew i'm the same way and trying to snap out of it... FAST! I'm thinking it's the glum gray weather around here + finals... Depressing! One thing that has helped is emailing some of my friends to join my fitness pal, seeing them exercise motivates me to get up and at least do something! (most of the time, haha)

Find a new form of exercise that may excite you again! Try something different. I went to a hoop yoga class the other day and loved it. It really showed me that yoga is totally feasible for me (if I make modifications) plus I learned new hoop tricks. I met a Nia instructor the other day and I really want to take a Nia class after talking to her.
