Default Thanksgiving Challenge anyone?

There are exactly 9 weeks from tomorrow until Thanksgiving and it seems like the perfect time to lose as much as possible before the holiday season. Does anyone want to join me? I really need the accountability!

I would really like to get back into the 150's by Thanksgiving. My goal is to lose 13.5 lbs (1.5 lb/week), putting me at 159.5.

I'm joining!!!! Thanksgiving will be here soon and I rather have lost some weight then gain weight before that day comes so I'm joining you on this little journey


Week 1: 204.5lbs (Bleh -_-")
Week 2: 204 went on a binge exactly before weigh in day must get back on tracK!
Week 3: 198.5 yay lasted a week with no binge!

Week 2: 170.2 (boo) i was 169 yesterday until i went to a party
Week 3: 168 (hooray!)

I am in. I weigh daily but I will put my official "Wednesday Weigh-ins" here.

My Goal is to be 155 by Thanksgiving... But I would actually like to be 150... Here goes...

Ooo. I'm in too! (Sadly, this might be my last "20 something" challenge, lol!)

I'm in! I like challenges because it keeps me accountable and I hate seeing gains. Wednesdays are my official weigh-ins. I am hoping to be at my goal of 110 before Thanksgiving.

Week 1: 9/21 124.6
Week 2: 9/28 126 (+1.4) don't know what happened
Week 3: 10/5 122.8 (-3.2)
Week 4: 10/12 125 (+2.2) TOM...ugh!

I'm going to make my official weigh-in on Thursdays to align with a longer-term challenge I'm running with myself. As of today I'm 233.4. My goal for the Thanksgiving Challenge is to get below 215 (2lbs/wk) with a stretch goal of being in the 20Xs!

I was about to comment and say Thanksgiving was in 2.5 weeks... haha. Oops! I'll join even though I'll be celebrating a different Thanksgiving, it seems like a good goal time.

I'd be thrilled to hit 150, but anywhere in the low 150s would be alright with me.

Hi everyone! I'm glad to have to accountability with you! I am using Wednesdays as my official WI day because that's what I like, but you can do whatever day you want!

What is everyone doing to reach their goal? I am sticking with calorie counting for now (1400-1600 a day). I don't have a formal exercise routine yet but I hope to get back into the gym soon!

I am doing calorie counting with Whole foods ... no processed. Except Feta Cheese and Greek Yogurt. (I have to have them... or I'll die )

170starting, ha ha I know what you mean. I would love to eventually have a 100% whole foods diet but for right now I am just trying to get back into the mindset of dieting, so for convenience I have a Lean Cuisine meal about 2-3x a week. You have had amazing progress!

i'm doing weight watchers online and am running. i am training for a 10k and a half marathon.. i fell in love with running

I'm adding this to my challenge too! I would like to get into the 40s! I am currently 161. So that would be 12 pounds to get to 149.. which would be around 1.5 pounds a week too! I am going to do this by working out (usually just cardio and maybe some weights if I find motivation) and "watching" calories. how exciting. My official weigh in days are monday! but I will let you guys know! How exciting.
