Default Has anyone done TurboFire?? What were your results???

I got Turbo Fire a few weeks ago and I'm starting it tomorrow. I went away for 2 weeks & am back and ready to rock. There's exactly 3 months till my birthday and I want to be under 200 by then, preferably around 185. I'm currently 249lbs.

So any tips, advice, or anything that you liked or didn't like about turbofire please share.

Thanks!

I tried TurboFire with my roommates this past summer - I actually LOVED it! It was unlike any other workout I'd tried before. Unfortunately while running I hurt my knee and had to take some time out from doing it; I'm hoping to start back up soon.

I have no doubt that if you follow the workout schedule you'll get results. Sometimes I would pair the cardio with some weight training of my own because I felt that there was not enough strength training (even though many of the moves during the HIIT portion required strength). I, however, made up my own diet and did not follow all of the suggestions that are given on the meal plan. If you decide to follow the meal plan or actually purchase any of the ********** products that are so highly advertised through Beach Body, please let me know if you like them! I really wanted to get them, but I felt they were just too expensive and that I could purchase my own protein powder.

Make sure to have LOTS of water handy, and to do lots of jumping It beats the elliptical for a half hour, that's for sure.

I got the program the other day and have finished reviewing all the videos to where I feel comfortable to start following along.

They're really upbeat and look like a lot of fun. I think working out in groups like they do in the videos is more fun than doing solo routines at home (you feed off of each other and pump each other up!) but that's just my 2 cents.

I did Jillian Michael's 30 day shred today and when I watched the TurboFire videos, I immediately wanted to change programs.

Maybe we could buddy up? I'll be following along the schedule they have given us in the packet. Send me a PM if you want to

I lost 38 pounds doing TF. But over the five months of doing it, I also did Zumba, WBL Kickboxing and Cycling on my off days. Here's my progress for the first three months (May 2nd to July 31st) and here's a link to my progress for the last two months (August 1st to September 18th).

I went from 254.8 to 216.8. Good luck with it. I thought it was a great program and I'm going to do a hybrid calendar including it and ChaLEAN Extreme starting in January.

I attempted day one today - Fire 30 and Stretch 10. I was only able to keep up for 15 minutes of Fire 30 and I felt like I was going to crash hard so I cooled down by doing stretch 10. I'm going to do it for the rest of the week so I can get used to it. My goal is to start Monday full throtle.

I made an inspirational board last night including the work out schedule, some motivational signs and my progress charts (I'll fill them out as I go along). It really puts me in a good mood when I look at them since I know that I'm making progress every day regardless of how long I can go on the videos. If I'm sweating, I feel good!!
