weight loss diet plan? look good?
Hey everyone so this is the meal plan guide i decided to stick to to lose some of my inital weight which i think will be good its couting carbs and cals and its all healthy like whole wheat and what not... no room for snacking... what do you thnk?
Breakfast carbs 2, dairy 1, fruit 0, veggies anytime, meat/alt 2
Morning snack carbs 0, dairy 0, fruit 1, veggies anytime, meat/alt 0
Lunch carbs 2, dairy 1, fruit 0, veggies anytime, meat/alt 1
Afternoon Snack carbs 0, dairy 0, fruit 1, veggies anytime, meat/alt 0
Dinner carbs 3, dairy 1, fruit 0, veggies anytime, meat/alt 2
Late Night Snack carbs 1, dairy 1, fruit 0, veggies anytime, meat/alt 1
CARBS= 15G OF CARB
(CARB+FIBRE ON LABEL MUST EQUAL 15G=1SERVING)
-NO SUGARS, JUICES, JAMS AND JELLYS ETC.
-USE TSP OF BUTTER ONLY PER SERVING
-USE SALAD DRESSINGS/CONDIMENTS SPARINGLY (MUSTARD IS FREE)
SO FOR EXAMPLE TODAY FOR LUNCH I HAD: 1/2 pita (1 serving) so i actually had only 1 (carb)... inside was lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, hot peppers,(veggies all free) 2 slices of extra lean smoked turkey breast (meat/alt), dash of pepper, couple tbsp of mustard and 1tsp of mayo. I had 1 glass of milk (dairy)
and i walked 2km to the store and back this morning with my son.... i was looking for a new scale. :P
