It was definitely awesome going BTW last work and saying "hello" to a fellow teacher and having him not recognize me for a second or two. He told me I looked "fantastic" and I was on cloud 9 for at least a few hrs :-)

I love waving hello to people I haven't seen over the summer, having their eyes glance at me and look away...only to swivel back and do the sudden jaw drop double take. :D I'm getting a lot of "you look fantastic/amazing..." but I think my favorite was when I bumped into an acquaintance I hadn't seen for a few months, and they stared at me in silent shock for a few seconds, and all the could get out was "Emily...your body!" Made my day.

i haven't really had any compliments yet but one thing my friend told me has stuck with me.
After a particularly strenuous gym session i was telling him how my butt was burning and he told me this "i'm proud of you, its really difficult to keep doing something that causes pain even though you know its good for you".
Now every time i'm in the gym and feel like giving up i remember what he said and it keeps me going.

The best compliment I received was from my best friend. She walked in and said "Holy crap you look anorexic! You look amazing!" That felt so good.
