I got this from my scale today, and stared at it for a while. There is a possibility I went over my calories in the last few days, but nowhere near 2 lbs worth of calories. But then I remembered reading that lack of sleep may cause water retention, and I really haven't been sleeping well. I'm going to catch up on my sleep and drink lots of water this week, hoping to see this number go down fast.
