At least I saw a 172 lbs at some point! 17/9 - 173 lbs 18/9 - 172 lbs 19/9 - 173 lbs 20/9 - 173 lbs ~ Definitely water weight, not been drinking enough! 21/9 - 173 lbs ~ Must...obey...water 22/9 - 172 lbs ~ Woohoo! I'm doing everything right (the nutritionist looked at what I'm eating, and siat it looks great) - and I get to the gym at least 5x as week (3 spinning classes, 2 miscellaneous, and I also do weights two of those days). I don't know if it's a weird plateau or muscle building or what... but it's frustrating that I can't seem to break 186! |
178.5 Slow going, but in the right direction! I am on plan, but I am not an exercise person. I will walk my little dogs on my days off two times a day and that is about it. I do not want to count on exercise to keep the weight off because I know I will not consistently do the exercise.

Hi folks! I'm new to posting on 3fatchicks (but I've been lurking for awhile). I've been halfheartedly dieting off and on for years, but just got back into it about 3 weeks ago. Not sure of an exact starting weight (was too scared to step on the scale until last Sunday), but based upon how my clothes were fitting I'm guessing I was around 165-168. My goal is 130.
