You all have such good tips, and honestly make me feel like I CAN do this! I can't thank you enough. I "favorited" the calorie counter... I think it will really come in handy. I am also going to join the 12 week challenge!
Since I think soda is the thing I will have the MOST trouble with.. I will slowly cut it down so I don't have the headaches, moodiness, etc. I can't wait to be an active part of this community!
