Default Week 4 of Spring Break Challenge!

Congratulations Ladies!
We made it to week 4
!



So a big congratulations is in store for the GREEN TEAM, who won this week's challenge! Since only 2 out of the 4 members weighed in this week, I had to calculate off of just those 2 players. Here are the final scores!!

Green Team:

1.17% weight loss (4.7 lbs)

Blue Team:

0.89% weight loss (6.6 lbs)

Purple Team:

+0.48% weight gain (2.4 lbs gained)


Again, this was a stressful week for all of us, and a lot of girls were finishing up finals and there were only .5-.8 pound gains this week, and you've all stayed so strong! keep up the good work ladies =]]

So, green team will get to decide whether we have another team challenge or go back to individual weight loss for the week.


On a happy note, i would like to post everyone's individual progress so far =]



ClaireBear92: 4.29% weight loss (10lbs)
dana813: 1.3% weight loss (3lbs)

Together we have lost a total of 42.7 lbs! and that is something to really be proud of ladies =]]


on a sour note, these are the ladies that did not weigh in this week. Yellow means first time offense, red means second time, and if your name does not appear on the list it means you've missed too many weigh ins =[

wow yay we won!!!! ummm i think we should stick to the individyal only because not everyone can check in on time or remember to as you can see but i enjoyed the team challenge a lot so maybe just do it again from time to time we have TONS of weeks left to do it.... but good work ladies!!!! keep up the great work and over the holidays fight the urge!!!! we can do this!!!

Clairebear next week ill be spending the night at my moms so i might not be home till monday night late or tues morn which means i might miss weigh in but ill do my best to get it in on time

Yay green!! I agree with candice. We should definitely do team challenges on occasion but mostly stick to individual. Great job everyone!!

not an epic fail on you!!!!! you havent gained so thats saying something!!! ur obvs a great maintainer which may not seem like a big deal when ur trying to lose but later when you need to youll know what to do...good luck with ur health issues hope those work out soon and for the best for you.... dont worry ull do this!!!!

I'll be on a road trip on Monday and will not have access to a scale all week. I'm going to do my weigh-in on Sunday. That's also before I eat all the yummy Christmas treats...

do not let this get you down, you are not a failure. Nobody is a failure when they're trying to do something to better their life. Your health problems may hinder your weight loss for awhile, and you might have to take it slow and steady, but i know you'll have the power to get there!


I had my first cheat night last night =[ i didnt eat anything bad....i just a lot of good things...like too many....at least 300 cals over my calorie limit. And i didnt hit the gym after...was waaaay too tired. that means ill have to get back on track today!

MERRY CHRISTMAS LADIES!

i epically failed on my diet this week. I am hoping for only a 1-2 pound gain. Maintaining would be amazing!!!!

I did pretty well this past week. I only had 5-8 total Christmas cookies in a week, drank only about 2 liters of soda over the week, had decently healthy choices otherwise. Only had Chinese food on Thursday (and leftovers for other meals)...so I did ok.

My weight is roughly 289, about 1/2 lb down I think. Had to guesstimate b/c of some circumstances, but a tshirt, undergarments, and a pair of guy's basketball shorts are about 2 lbs right? So sub that from my scale number, and got 289.

Ughh for the past 2 weeks I have been an absolute failure =( I went from 225 2 weeks ago to 235 today. I'm hoping some of it's water weight but gosh, 10 pounds in 2 weeks is so much weight to gain! I feel terrible, like I'm gonna be fat for the rest of my life. Oh well, the holidays are over so now I really have no excuse to eat like I have been lately. Trying to get my positive attitude back and move on Frustrating that I'm basically starting over though.

I FAILED FOR CHRISTMAS!!! haha i gained this week, but i knew i would induldge. i'm on my way to the gym as we speak, eating granola and banana for breakfast, NO MORE LEFTOVERS!

Just like dana813, i know some of it is bloat and water weight, and i was wearing footsy pajamas when i got on the scale this morning (maybe they add a pound haha) but this week i'm determined to get back down to 223 or lower!! i want to be out of the 220s before i go back to school in 2 weeks!
