Hmm when I did South Beach for a while I remember reading that having a pear-shaped body with weight on is healthier than having an apple shaped body with extra weight on it but that pear shapes have a harder time losing weight in their thighs. I might suggest dancing, I have a friend who tends to bulk up fast and instead of running she does dance for her legs because it sculpts and tones them. As in helping the cellulite, I've heard that Bliss's FatGirlSlim works very well but it is pricey at 29 USD they sell it at Sephora. For a cheaper alternative I remember someone talking about some Nivea product of which I don't remember it's name (it def had Anti-Cellulite in the name)and don't know of it's availability in NL.
