lets get out the 190's!!!
hi all
cant seem to find a thread on 190's so lets start one am at 196.8 as of ths morning, started at 235lbs on the 21st april 2011 lets do this, See u soon 180's |
I'm in the 190s right now!
I weighed in this morning at 195.8, down from 198 the last week or so. :) I was 215 in May, lost a little and then hopped on here the last week and a half of June because I wanted some support. |
Weighed in at 191.2 on Saturday and I am so excited to get out of the 190s. Been in this range for around 4 weeks. The lowest I've seen in 6 years was 174 and I am rapidly approaching that number!

194.6 as of this morning may cu u at the end of the month 180's, am losing weight an average of 2lbs a week so its possible yey

193 again today. It's TOM, but that doesn't necessarily effect my weight very much....I'm hoping I stay on track to get in the mid 180s, at least, so I can then focus on teetering in the 80s and not the 90s like I've been doing for a long time...Good luck everyone!

Today was my weigh in day and 200.0 darn you TOM fluctuations.
I weighed as low as 197.2 this week. I know it's just TOM, but it's disheartening to reach ONEderland and then see 200 again. I should have a big loss next week though. |
Scarlett, I totally empathize with you! Getting over that hump was tough when I was at my highest, now I'm only fluctuating in the 90s (thank god.) I did hit 188 before and then went back up to 192....it definitely kills your day and make you want to starve that day...:-p

i'm hoping to get out of 190 this week. i'm 191 now. i feel like i'm stuck here forever.

197.6 here. Thatt's what I weighed yesterday morning, and 200 calories under my normal limit and still didn't lose anything! argh! :(

I was 197 towards the beginning of this month. I'm now at about 192. Looking to get into the 180's by the end of this month. I think I can do it!!

I've been hopping back and forth between 192 and 195 this week (and its my TOM so maybe Ill see a nice little drop since I just finished yesterday.)
and I started excersizing again! yay its only been since APRIL so maybe I can see the 180s by the end of the month!! itll be the first time since junior high... |

I've been in the 190's since February, get to like 188-189 and then back to 190. I am determined to be out of the 190's by the end of the month. I better hurry up since there is only a couple of days left.

Whew 199.2 this morning.
I was down to 197 then TOM came. The waterweight and the emotional blow of seeing the 200s again pushed me over the edge. I then binged for 3-4 days until it ended. I expected to see something in the low 200s today but was happy to still be in onederland. The damage was not that severe :D. Usually after a bad week a few days OP results in a decent drop. I'm hoping for a 197ish weigh in on Wednesday. |

After my WI I tried my old size 46 pants and for the first time they buttoned! They're still too tight to really wear, I'm thinking that they'll fit properly at around 190 lbs. That's why getting out of the 190's is such a big deal to me. I cannot wait to parade them everywhere :carrot: |
I weighed in at 195.0 today, officially the lowest my weight has been in the last 4 years. I had completely forgotten about this site until I weighed myself this morning, because honestly I haven't stuck to my plan in... 4 months now? Seeing that number is definitely motivation to get back on plan.
I haven't been out of the 190s in probably 5 years or more, so I'm definitely motivated now that I'm sooooo close! |
196.4 today YAY. I finally got to update my new ticker.
Mya - congrats on the pants. These milestones are always so gratifying. I just kind of fit into a dress I bought 3-4 years ago and never wore. I plan to wear it to a late August wedding. There's a little bit of spillover in the back but should fit perfectly in 10 pounds. The dress is deep purple, not very summery but flattering as heck. I figure I should wear it now because I'll be too thin later. Plus I'm super broke and not having to buy a dress is great. Laneyy - That’s amazing. I know exactly how you feel. Personally and weight wise the last two years have been **** for me. I recently reached ONEderland which was the first time I've been here since late 2008. It really feels like I'm getting my life back on track. |
196.7 today
Grateful to still be at 196. I ate 4 doughnuts and 3 slices of white bread with butter yesterday (but not much else). Boo for my younger brother going food shopping and buying doughnuts. Trigger foods always get me. Excited to see some relatives today who last saw me 15-20 pounds ago. |
I'm weighing in at 192.4 today ladies.. :) I've only cleaned my diet up and added drinking more water.. Today I will incorporate exercising into my regimen..

7/31-Washed and detailed my car + 13 mins on the treadmill @3.5mph 8/1- Back to school shopping. Did tons and tons of walking at various stores 8/2- 40 mins of intervals (sprinting & power-walking) |
Ok, I have been in the 190's for the last month and a half and I am so over it. I am going to sprint to 189. My goal is to be out of the 190's by Sunday the 7th. That gives me 3 days to lose 1.5 lbs. Of course, I will check in here on Sunday. Keep up the good work ladies (and gents if there are any in here)!

ty KamsMoMa!!! :D still at 190 as of today. i also went clothes shopping. i am in a 17 juniors. which i always like to wear juniors cause they fit me better. and even then they were a bit loose :D i also bought a new shirt. a large WOOT!

Hey Ladies! I'm trying to be in the forums more so I can stay on track. I've been hovering around 200, so I figured I may as well join you here. I've been trying to get back on track with my healthy eating, and the last couple of days have been going well. Today I had to go to a work lunch at Cheesecake Factory which is THE worst for trying to be healthy. I got one of the weight management salads for 440 cals though. :) And I'm going to Zumba tonight.

well i hit 189 yesterday then BAM today was 192..... DAMN YOU T.O.M!!! :( (also yesterday had a root canal so idk if that would cause water retention)

I took an REI intro to road biking class. It was pretty tough. We biked about 12 miles including hills. That doesn't include all the parking lot practice. I did splurge and get sushi after. 2 fattening rolls. I'll work out again tomorrow. I've been doing good with the workouts. Yesterday, I did 40 minutes on the elliptical after Zumba. I'm finding it a lot easier to focus on one day at a time vs. losing 50 lbs.
