so i weighed in today and i was at 190.4 I am so close, I can taste it! Here is to a good week and being in the 180's!

I'm joining the 190 thread! I wont be here too long. I'm at 195.4 as of today.
Going for 180's! This week I am going to do some extra strength training and jillian 30 day shred. 180'S HERE I COME! |

I was 194 just a few days ago, but it must have been ovulation bloat (I'm lucky enough to bloat during ovulation AND the start of my period, joy), because this morning I was under 192. My scale's dying, so until I replace the batteries I can't get an exact weight, lol.
So excited to be edging closer to that 190... |

I'm starting to taste it I haven't seen the 180s in a really long time. I crash dieted in 2008 and saw them for a week or so but shot right back up. The last time I honestly weighed in the 180s was probably 2007. The really old clothes are starting to fit. I Can't wait!! |
I was back to 194 this morning :D Hoping to see 193 again soon... I think I was just really bloated from eating too much salt. This weeks gonna be bad for working out though.. I need to find a way to sneak little things in .. maybe I'll go for a long walk at lunch time tomorrow....

AHHHHHH!!!!! Almost there!! My goal for my Monday weigh in is 188.5 Thats 2 pounds in 2 days. But I weighed myself in a t-shirt and boxers today. I'll take them off if I have to on Monday. They usually count for about 1.5-2 pounds. |

I just found this thread although I'm hoping to be out of here this week. Today is my WI day but the gym is closed and I don't have a scale at home. Last week I was 194.4 - 180s by next Monday! (fingers crossed) |
I officially weighed in this week at 191.4 which is up from my low this week of 190.5 (which I think was a flukey number). I've been very good but had some salty food yesterday and have been a bit constipated lately :o. I actually think I need to be eating a little more. I also need to calm down with the weight loss hysteria. Time to take it down a notch or two, for the sake of my sanity.

I just arrived in the 190's this morning. I weighed in at 199.4lbs! I'm averaging 2lbs per week so if I carry on like that I should be in the 180's in 5 weeks :)

After a week or so mini plateau, I am finally seeing that scale change!! :D 191.7 So close!!!

I tried to go to the bathroom some more after weighing myself but it didn't help..... So close, at least it's less than yesterday though. Hopefully tommorow :) |

But am back on track.... I've been stuck between 192-194 for a good 3 months. Summer is over, back to business. |

Soooo frustrated! I was so excited about my weight loss lately and I really wanted to be in the 180s this week - I did everything right: right on track with food, exercise 45 min a day or more, lots of water - but I gained a pound! 191.4 today - I get it, it happens, its normal - but it still makes me mad - oh well this is why we keep trying

I am still here... I was 189 Friday, but I had a bad weekend (my birthday so I ate too much of what I shouldnt :( ) and TOM started yesterday.. so I wont even pretend to think I am out of the 180s.. Ill weight myself later in the week when ive eaten well for a week and no longer bloated..

Congrats, sabri711!! Another day.. still in 190s on my end. It's so frustrating! I feel the same way about hitting the 189 mark that I did hitting 199. Anyone doing anything extra to push yourself over the edge??

I was at my highest weight ever at 201, right now im at 196.8.. It's been reealy tough, especially on the weekends. I started my weight loss journey 2.5 months ago and getting under that weight is challenging when I love food too much!:(

Hi, I'm really new here and was hoping to resurrect this thread as I couldn't find one for the 190s that was active in this section. If I missed one I'm sorry! Anyway, I'm 195 and pretty much completely new to weight loss. Looking forward to talking with others! :)

Hi pyretta! I'm trying to say bye to the 190s myself. I never thought I'd be here but considering I was over 200 3 weeks ago... That was my wake up call. Hopefully we can say bye to the 190s by thanksgiving!

Hey nickilaughs! Nice to hear about someone else's progress. I've never really lost a substantial amount of weight before so I'm not sure at what rate to expect it to come off as I start changing my lifestyle. But yes, let's aim for the 180s! :)

ugh TOM blues strike again. I'm holding at 198 right now, but just starting TOM, (mine are insane. usually 6 days.. ugh). I'm hoping that I'll lose a pound or two after my TOM is over. I'll just try to stick with my calorie intake and some exercise (always hard to find motivation at this time!) and see what happens.

It is hard when you are on your period and feel like you aren't making progress. I understand about the motivation to exercise too! I finally joined the gym yesterday and had NO motivation to go today (it's my time of the month too, haha) but once I got there I felt better!

195 today! Had a baby 8 weeks ago and that was my pre-pregnancy weight. Hoping to be out of the 190's by April!

193 this morning! Not sure if I will be out of the 190's by the end of this month but hopefully it won't be too much longer.
