So every month right before TOM, I am usually pretty hungry/snacky/occasionally bingey. But essentially the moment that my Aunt Flo arrives, I feel sick to my stomach for the next four days (aka the length of my period). I mean, the idea of eating any food makes me feel like I'm going to get sick, and yes this does include the supposed TOM tamer, chocolate. Does this happen to anyone else? And if it does, what do you do to try and get enough calories in?

I guess keeping control of my eating for the 4th will be pretty easy seeing as I barely want to eat anything, and still my stomach is in knots.

Unfortunately, one of the only things I want/crave/need/helps is Ginger Ale. I think I drink my calories during TOM mostly... I've heard/read many recipes for making your own ginger ale and have considered doing that... My OTHER advice is to just keep yourself feeling positive...

I always forget about ginger ale! Thanks for the suggestion, I know my mom has some mysterious ginger juice in our fridge, but I'm not sure if I'll be willing to try it!!!
