mindy - I've been the same. Sitting on my butt all week. Not totally stuffing my face, but eating too much for a person who is not doing anything.
It's that time again! Our second to last weigh-in. Time to push that little bit extra to get through the final stretch of this challenge.

Well. Do I really need to express my disappointment, or is it obvious? Aha. While I'm glad to have not gained, 3 lbs in 5 weeks feels so insignificant. I will say that I'm bloated this morning and TOM is due any day, so hopefully that is affecting things. Either way, I'm going to go hard with the fitness and be better about what I'm eating and hopefully it'll pay off! I would be happy to be at 159 by next week although it feels impossible right now. I'll weigh in tomorrow and see if it was a fluke
