I wasnt sure about it either. So we looked it up that night too and it said specifically when women do hanging leg lifts... now I work out at home so I dont get the motivation from my hanging leg lifts... Ce La Vie! Im glad I could encourage others to try...it is a great ab workout too....lol!

At my heaviest, I wore a 38D bra size.. Now I'm around 36B. (I lose weight fastest in the boob area, which is incredibly unfortunate.) Anyway, I was late for work, so I just grabbed the first bra I could find..

I walked into work that day lopchested. Since my breasts weren't exactly filling out the bra cups, the seat-belt had flattened out the bra cups, and it made it look like my boobs could do the wave.

That issue wasn't addressed until about mid-day when I took a trip to the restroom and noticed. I then resorted to stuffing my bra with toilet paper. In doing so, I had some intense pre-pubescent flashbacks.

Every time I do a new exercise or even if I get ill, people respond with "oooo ur gonna lose soo much weight!!!"
even though I never mention to anyone that I want to lose weight! must my excess weight be so obvious?! lol

This happened last night.

I was doing a fitocracy CRAZE! I was looking at quests and figuring out how to break them. I saw a running quest so I BOOKED it out the door with my PEDO and ran my booty off. When I got home to the no air conditioning and extreme sweat, I tore off my shirt to just my sports bra and sweaty me sat down to type.
Moments later, my room mate and two of his friends come in. And got a lovely look at me in my bra only panting and sweating in front of a PC... it probably didn't look right. ><

All three guys gave me that raised eye brow look as I booked it for a shirt...
