Anyone use these? My friend gave me capsules and it's not that I am looking for some quick fat fix in any way shape or form, but has anyone used them as a supplement?
I was thinking of using them this month while eating healthier and gearing up to February and my real challenge.
My container says to take 2 with meals. What do you think? I mean, the ingredients are fairly simple so it won't hurt, but I wanted to know if they worked is all...
I used the Apple Cider Vinegar pills back in April for about a month or so and they seemed to work for me. I was on a diet at the same time, the pounds didn't fall off, but I did lose about 15lbs. A girl I work with gives them thumbs up too. I've sinced quit smoking and gained the weight back so I was planning to start taking them again. If you decide to give them a try, let me know how they work for you.
I've been wanting to try them too, but i don't know too much about them. I'm gonna check that link and see what I can learn. Please let me know if they work for you.
I've heard of them before but never tried them. I remember seeing them advertised in a magazine, both in the cheesy "I lost 100lbs in 6 months!" ads and also in an actual blurb in a "what's new" section once. They seem to have been a diet trend maybe a year or two ago, I haven't heard much of them since so I'm not sure how well they actually work... ??
I've been using apple cider vinegar tablets for several years with moderate success. They don't seem to affect my weight in a sense that it attacks fat or anything...but it IS a major help with fluid retention if you've been eating a lot of salty or carbinated foods or beverage. I have never had any ill effects, although DO remember to take the tablets with food or with a glass of milk (the milk being very basic and cancelling out some of the ultra acidity in your stomach) otherwise you might get a little queasy.
