Muscle torches calories and fat, revvs our metabolisms, makes us live longer, fights cancer, boosts brainpower, etcetera etcetera etawesomera. I am making a commitment to go by measurements and not pounds this summer, because the point is that I want to be a size 6, not a skinnyfat size 10 (which is what I'd be if I followed the scale).

Wish there was a ticker for inches...
Good stuff...

I think both=) Pounds because it good for your body to get to a normal range BMI with regards to increased risk of a long list of diseases. Inches because the fat on your stomach is the dangerous fat, and let's be honest: losing inches makes your lot toned and hot.

Inches! Nothing better than your clothes fitting differently, which can happen even when the scale isn't budging.
