6/18/11: 30 min stationary bike (9mi) + 35 min weight lifting / strength training
6/19/11: 4.1 mile walk (1 hour 3 min)
6/20/11: 30min stationary bike (9mi) + 20 min free weights
6/21/11: 45 min stationary bike (13.8mi) +15 min free weights
6/22/11: 30 min elliptical
6/23/11: 25 min elliptical + 25 min stationary bike (8mi) + 15 min free weights
6/24/11: 25 min elliptical + 35 min stationary bike
6/25/11: 15 min elliptical +25 min stationary bike
Probably not going to post again until Thursday, as I'll be out of town at a work conference. I'm going to try to hit the hotel gym, we'll see if I can do it!
