Default New to 3fc
This is my first day on 3fc and I really like it so far. I just wanted to take a minute to say HI to everyone, give a little background on myself and maybe meet some new people.

I am 28 years old, I have 4 children (all girls) and yes I started early . I turned 28 in March and decided that I was going to get back down to my pre-baby weight of 125 lbs. before I turn 30. That gives me 2 years, which I think is very reasonable. I don't want to rush, and I want to do it right. Plus from everything I hear the older you get the harder it is to lose weight so I figured I better get to it .Since I started in March I have gained 5 lbs. Terrible, I know. But I'm really going to start getting on it and I think this will help. Wish me luck and good luck to everyone out there.

Somethings that worked for me was going through the Goals/Mini Goals threads. Also join some weightloss challenges, right now im doing 30 day shred
