Hi everyone!! This is the perfect group for where I am....sitting in the 160's for the last 6 weeks or so. I am slowwwly crawling my way out, but no complaints from me. This is the smallest I've ever been as an adult, and who knows how old I was when I passed it by!!
I am so looking forward to the 150's, and creeping closer to my goal. Have a great day everyone!! :) |

Hey all. I was posting a bit in here months ago. And then went on a 3fc as well as weightloss hiatus. Anyways I am pretty much where I have been for months now. Back here in 3fc for this last week or so, and now doing something kinda new. Calorie counting. I have done it a bit before, but only as a gauge of what to eat. I hadn't in the past planned to keep counting calories. I had hoped to only count for like 2 weeks and then I figured I'd have a good idea how to eat and no longer have to log everything. Well this hasn't worked. So now I am commited to counting calories until I reach goal weight, or decide I am done losing weight (my posted goal is more an ultimate I can not let myself lose too smaller than this wieght. I don't really know if I will try to go all the way there). Then I will probably count in maintenece too. Maybe not as stringently, perhaps by then I'll know my food so well that I can keep a running total in the head.
I'm just a smidge under 178 right now. Hoping to be out of the 70's and into the 160's sometime in feburary. Probably the 160's will take longer. My hope is that I can lose 1.5-2 lbs a week for these first 10 lbs. Then I expect my loss to naturally slow down (since I hope to not have to adjust my calorie intake too much). I would rather eat close to future maintenence and lose slowly than try to figure out how to eat "normal" again when the weight has come off. Anyways long intro sorry. Plan to be on here most days. I weighed myself at 161.8 earlier today so I'm really getting excited about getting out of the 160s which will also put me into the healthy bmi range!
Buutastic - I'm in the same boat as you. I'm the smallest I've been since probably early high school while I was still growing. I wish that I had a record of my weight throughout the years so that I could go back and compare. Unstoppable - that's an awesome drop! I've had a bit of a drop so far this week (I dropped 1.2 lbs since Tuesday)but nothing like yours Haha keep up the good work! |

Checking in after a long hiatus. I've been hovering around 158 so I guess I'm officially in that thread. You guys are doing awesome, it looks like I'll be seeing everyone really soon! :)

Reba - I, too, wish I had paid more attention. Now I only have a vague idea of what size I was, but I ignored it back then. And you are so close to the 150's!!! ma26 - I think it sounds like you have a pretty good plan, and once you settle in that groove the pounds will be gone before you know it :) I'm still hovering around 163, hoping that when TOM is over in a day or so I drop at least a pound. I am desperate to be in the 150's (though to be fair, I was desperate to be in the 170's, then the 160's...and will probably continue this way until goal, lol). But the 150's were always what skinny people were, while I was up in the 180's or higher. It makes it a lot easier to enjoy the weight I'm at rather than hating it, which makes the weight loss not so miserable! Hope everyone is having a fantastic weekend!! |

After what feels like FOREVER, I lost a pound this morning and am now 168lbs!! :D

Thanks for the welcomes. :) Still haning right there high 170's. Had a bit of a bad weekend. It really helps stay on track when checking in here everyday. But since I work weekend night and my DH is home to spend time together in the daytime I really don't get on 3FC. I need to learn to take better charge of the weekend. Do more planning.

Great job ladies! I'm nervous about weighing in tomorrow. I don't know why, but I suddenly have an odd feeling I may get stuck in the low 170s for awhile. Oh well. Positive thoughts!

Im terrified to weight in on thursday! I had such an awful weekend! Went to my favorite restaurant of all time (and had paella.. which is mostly rice) so I have a feeling I wont see a loss and will be lucky if I dont see a gain..
