:::Bye Bye 160's and 170's:::
New thread (again)!
I'm at 161.0. I canNOT seem to get to out of the 160's to save my life. I guess I'll have to drink more water and stop drinking cokes/tea with sweetener, since I think that's what stalled me. |
I'm stalled in the 160's right there with you!
Though my life has gotten pretty stressful and I've been eating SO much more than usual. (Still healthy stuff, but plenty of it, lol) Hang in there! :) |
159.4 today, but I'm not ready to switch threads yet. I am so sick! Sinus and ear infection, and bronchitis! Took off from work today, was up all night to a bad reaction from the antibiotic from **** they put me on. I want to make sure I'm in the 150s for real before I leave.
I am going to try to work out tonight, first time since last Tuesday. Not what I needed with only 8 school days left! Hopefully my classroom is still standing when I go in tomorrow!! lol |
159.0 today. I'm sooooo excited!
I haven't weighed this much in years. And I mean years. Possibly since my junior year in high school. I used to never weigh myself, saying it gave me bad self esteem blah blah blah. But the thing is, I've gained and lost weight a bunch since high school (of course), but I NEVER weighed myself to know how little I was! Looking at myself, I've probably been in the 150's a LOT and just never knew it. Weighing myself is so encouraging. If I hadn't been weighing myself, I would probably have given up a long time ago, saying that I didn't see a difference in my body so what's the point. But today....I'm 159! And that is 15 pounds less than I weighed in February. BOOM. |
I'm also at 159 even as of this morning, but I'm waiting to see if it sticks before moving down.

158.5? could it be true? I ate more yesterday than I have for a few days, and worked out...working out didn't go so well, I'm going to take a few more days off.
Could I be wooshing? I'm not sure I want to believe it yet... |

I'm up to 159.6 today, but I am also sore from Mondays workout. Strange, just being sore now...not yesterday...

Back down to my ticker weight after a week of vacationing. So grateful to be back at 169.5 after a BUNCH of desserts. I won't tempt you by naming them all... I'll just say that I thoroughly enjoyed the food I consumed while relaxing at the beach.
Back to counting calories. I am at about 600 already today, so I'm going to need to plan carefully to stay at around 1400 total. I have just over 3 weeks until vacation in Florida, and I'm hoping to be down at least a few pounds before then. |

Hey guys, I'm new here. I've been stuck in the 160s for a looong time now, around 6 months actually. As of this morning I am 162 though, so I'm getting close! If I can just stick to this plan I'm doing now I should be there in no time. Keep up the great work everyone!

174! I'm not sure how I lost two pounds this week given that I was out of town and didn't eat well, haven't run at all, and had 4 beers last night :l But I'll take it!
I'm officially closer to 160 (okay, 169) than 180! |

im still the same i think :( i do not have any way of finding out. BUT i went to my grandmas and used her scale, it said 163 and that was AFTER supper! I usually weigh-in in the morning so i'm assuming i'm still 161 or 160.

164 today, so happy to pass 165. It seemed like anytime I hit 165, my body would bounce back up!

162 today! Finally stopped stalling and got back to losing after almost 2 months. Bought a pair of size 9 jeans last month and I can officially wear them!! First time in my life that I'm wearing a single digit size. I've been feeling down a lot though, because I feel like no one notices my weight loss. I was an 18 last year! I was feeling like maybe you can't see a difference, but I went through my closet and get rid of 3 baskets of clothes that are too big, along with 15 bras and half of my underwear. I think it's kind of weird that the last 5lbs I've lost have come straight from my ribcage tho. I went from 35" rib cage to 32" rib cage in just a few weeks. Weird..

I saw 160.2, then went back up. I think my realistic weight is 163, I have been 163.8 163.4 then today was 163.2. WHY??? I am really charting my calories and trying to eat more now. I think I stalled myself by not eating enough and working out too much. Now I do lift, so hopefully I at least see some changes in my measurements... |
I've been MIA for the past few months. I bounced between 165 and 168 for a while, but lately my weight has been arround 173 :( . This morning I was 171.5. I always did so much better when I was on 3FC. I'm ready to get back on track so I can finally get into the 150's.

161 today. I'm going to a graduation party tonight, but I'm still set against eating any junk while I'm there.

I think my periods about to start.. I was 162 yesterday. I had mini-wheats and an english muffin with peanut butter for breakfast, and ended up not eating again until dinner, where I had a 600 calorie fish dish, and a few bites of a brownie for dessert. This morning I got on the scale, and weighed 166.5.. How is that even possible?! I didn't even eat 4lbs worth of food yesterday, and I skipped the gym so it's not muscle fatigue.

Hi everyone! Just saw this thread and wanted to jump on. I am still in the 160s by just a smidge (160.7) and it's sooooo frustrating! I started really working at this nearly six weeks ago. My mini goal has been to break past 160 so I weigh less than my boyfriend.... hurry up and happen already!!! I thought I maybe had done it at 160.7 so I had him jump on the scale this morning but noooo, of course he's still a bit under me. Grrrrr! I'm doing my best to push through this weekend and keep going strong next week.

well i did it lost 20 pounds!! so 55 more to go lol! but ill make it! 173.0 this morning i'm really really hopeing to be in the 160's by the end of next week but that is going to focus on me going to the gym! we'll see! and i'm about 7 pounds away from being a size 13 so i would say about 25 to 30 more pounds and i'll reach mini goal 2 it's very exciting i haven't been a single size jeans since i graduated high school!

Well I woke up this morning and the scale read 159.1!! Sometimes I think we just need to complain a bit to get things moving :) We will see if this holds... I went out to dinner tonight at a Mongolian Grill but only got chicken and veggies in my bowl and didn't add oil or any of the sugary sauces. That has to be fairly healthy, considering I was eating out! Fingers crossed the scale doesn't go up tomorrow!

163 yesterday, and 165 today. Both days my stomachs so bloated I'm hanging over my jeans. ugh. TOM finally decided to start, so hopefully this goes away soon. Gym later to try and prod away this water weight..

I've been visiting family and without a scale for a little over a week now. Hoping that I will still be in the 160's when I return home, but realistically I haven't been watching very closely.

169.5 this morning. Back to the real world for a few days. I'm really looking forward to cooking (healthy) food again!

164 today, so looks like my TOM weight is coming off finally. It's weird though. I'm now wearing a size 7, and I'm only down like 10 or 15lbs from when I was wearing a 13/14. I feel weird being in the 160s and a size 7, but I'm happy. I have surgery in a week, and no vigorous exercise for 3 weeks after that. I hope to at least maintain and maybe even get into the 150s. We'll see how it goes.

i'm still sitting at the same, but i'm in a size 10 pair of shorts in 2 different brands!!! so thats awesome. i'm also starting to be a medium large for tops instead of large xl.
I hope i can find out next week what i'm really weighing in at.. but at work on the scale i'm not used to i'm sitting at 162/163. |
Sup. I haven't been around...I went to Boston for a Glee concert and ate like a pig with my friends. Now Qualifying Exams are today and tomorrow. SCARY. The end.

162.5 today! Looks like TOM weight is finally gone, a week later. Last stretch of gym this week until surgery. I'm hoping to see 159.9 or lower before surgery monday.. Let's keep our fingers crossed... I haven't been in the 150s since 5th grade, so 10 years ago!
