168 today. At least I'm out of the 170s again. Now to work on getting back down to 160 and then breaking out.

Finally hit the 160s this morning (169.8). :carrot:

Weigh-ins for me are on Mondays, so I'm hoping to still be at my new weight or lower by then. I haven't been lifting weights as often as I did last month, so I think that's contributed to the slower weight loss. I think I'll have to add some extra sessions.

I'm at 164 and I want to be in the 150s sooooooo badly. My goal was to be at 160 by the end of August, but we'll see if that happens.

Well, I'm back from Cedar Point and back on plan! I weighed in this morning, honestly expecting a gain because of all the crap food I ate (and all the calorie counting I avoided), but I lost .6 pounds. I'm now firmly at 161. I'm really, really hoping I break through to the 150s - even if it's 159.9 - by next Friday. ::fingers crossed::

I'm hoping to break out to the 150s by Friday, so I'm off to the gym now. But can I just say... I am TERRIFIED of weighing in on Friday. I feel this way before each weigh-in (afraid I'm going to finally plateau), but particularly when I have this big goal that I want to reach. Getting into the 150s mean being less than 10 pounds from my goal. I'm so afraid I'll never reach it.
