8 jeans, S - M tops. I think that might be at around 145 lbs, but I've never been anywhere near there at this height so we'll just have to wait and see.

After or while losing weight, are you still the same height?
My height seems to change more throughout the day and from one day to the next than any statistically significant change since I started. I range from about 5' 4.5" to 5' 5" or a smidge more. I round up to 5'5" most of the time.

I have really wide feet. Started at a tight 9 - 9.5 W womens / 8 mens, foot length has decreased to a size 7 mens / 8.5 womens. My feet seem somewhat less wide, but only somewhat.
Do you have any loose skin or sagging?
So far, no, not really. I still feel really flabby though, but certain areas do seem a little less saggy than at my high weight, so that's cool I guess.
At what amount of loss did it start showing?
It was apparent at 20 lbs for anyone who pays enough attention, but the first person commented at about 25-30 lbs.
What was your bra size, and what is it now?
a tight 42C to begin with, currently wearing 36DDD but it's loose enough I could probably wear a 34DDD if I could actually find one to try on.
Are you happy with your weight loss?
Yes. I don't feel like I look much different, although I know that there are many obvious changes.
If there is anything you could change about how you lost the weight, what would it be? (more exercise, healthier diet?)
I exercise almost every day and have been doing strength training for a few months now, so I am pretty happy with that. I could probably stand to eat less fat and sugar, but they are tasty so that is hard for me to do.


My goal is to really slim and tone the lower body so the next half of my journey I will focus on running more.
) and the next stage involves baby making where I want to be as healthy as possible.... gaining too much weight is one of my biggest fears.
