So I show up for bootcamp today and my trainer decides let's make it a "Good Friday" by challenging ourselves to run 5km!! (my chin hit the floor) Although I feel confident running small distances, we usually do 1-2 Km at bootcamp anyhow and I do that 3x per week I did not think I could actually run 5km. To my surprise I ran 5.27 km today without stopping and it actually wasn't even that bad
I don't know why I was so worried. So proud of myself. It only took me 40 minutes... now I can see myself really getting into this running thing cause damm, it felt sooooo good!
Anyone else care to share a NSV this Easter weekend?
