Default Rememeber to love yourself first!
Im eager to hear you ladies/gents thoughts...

Beauty in the end is within..theres all types of beauty! but what do you physically like about yourself? its always good to look at yourself in the mirror and say..Dang I look good!! lol and try to mean it!;P hehe

What are 3 things you love about yourself?!?
(example: hair, eyes, lips, butt, fingser, moles so on)

I love my hair - it's long and soft and unlike many African Americans it is like this naturally - no chemicals, no straighteners

I love my skin - very smooth, very soft

I love my legs - they are very strong and nicely toned

I love my eyes... they are kind of a unique aquamarine color...
I like my hair, which is blonde and naturally very curly. It is high maintenance (really dry and requires various products), but because it is curly I have a lot of options because I can wear it naturally or straighten it.
I like my legs. They are probably the slimmest part of me, but the downside is they make me disproportionate.

I love my wrists (they look so delicate), my upper back/shoulders (this area looks so strong), and my ears (weird, I know, but they're kind of cute).

My skin: i have VERY smooth skin (except for a few moles around my eyes)

I want to love on myself! :-)

I like my face- my eyes, smile, cheekbones. Even at a heavier weight, I always thought I had a pretty face.

I love my voice too...I love singing!

I also love my butt now. Its hubby's favorite part of me, so I have learned to love it too!

i love my face, my hair, and my boobs! lol.

but recently, i think i've started really thinking i'm more beautiful... so i think that's why i've had such a hard time losing the rest of the weight! lol. i keep thinking "i'm already hot... gimme that chocolate!" lol. not good!!
