190.4 this morning..seen 180 something a few times but my ex was home visiting family and it threw me off.

Kells-Sorry, didn't see the last part of your post. You have to be a member for at least 20 days and have at least 20 posts before you can have a signature (weight tracker) at the bottom of your posts.

Scoot- I know how you feel! I just want to see 180s already! A few more weigh-ins and you'll be there!! ;)

Supergirl- 194.8- great!!!! I hear ya on the food pushers, ughhh. Forget about them. You've come a long way with your amazing achievement of nearly 60lb loss. IGNORE them. (Easier said than done but try your best, darl!)

Symmetry- Keep pushing, you'll get into the 180s SOON!

SammyBee- You will figure it out eventually whether if it's cutting calories and/or starting a workout routine. We all have to start somewhere! ;)

Lily- you're almost there! Keep going, you'll be posting on this thread in no time! :hug:

LostAngel- I can imagine how weird that could be! :( Hopefully you get back to the 180s ASAP!

I need to be here! Tuesday morning I weighed 198.8. I decided then and there to buckle down and log every bite that I ate and really watch my calories. We'll see what a week does for me!

I met some friends of mine (rode my bike .8 mile over to their house) to walk this morning - we walked for an hour (nearly 3 miles) then I rode my bike back home. :) Great Exercise!

Ate oatmeal for breakfast after fixing biscuits, sausage & gravy for the family. :)

193 this morning down from 197! finally got out of my plateau. this calorie cycling seems to be working. now i have to lose 4 more pounds until i'm in the 180s. i haven't been in the 180s in 5 years! woohoo!

Hi everyone!

I'm new to the board and found this thread today. I'm trying to get out of the 190s myself (SW:196 CW:192.6). I cannot wait to get to the 180s...haven't been there in over a year.

I'm doing Turbo Fire, which is demanding, but fun.

I am new here. My loss has been super slow. I have lost 16 since January 1 2011, roughly 1 lb a week. It has really slowed down this month. I weighed in at 196.2 this morning, and I would give anything to be out of the 190's. I gained 80 lbs with my baby 15 months ago and I want the old me back.

I'm 194 right now, which is the heaviest I've ever been.

This is what happens when you lock yourself up in a library for 6 months to finish your degree. I'm rediscovering this thing called "outside" that I forgot exists.

We'll see how this goes, hopefully I won't be in this forum for too long.

I keep bouncing around between 193.6 and 195.2, day by day. I've managed to stay on-plan for 3 days now and I need to see something below 193.6!

I am hoping to be down to like.... 197 by next week.... I was 200 last thursday, and I highly doubt I went up or down since then. So three pounds by next week after getting on the wagon and driving that sucker :)

well I am finally under 195!!! I weighed in at 194.6 today. That makes 18.4 lbs total since January 1st. I haven't been this weight since August of last year. Hey julia I am in grad school too getting my doctorate in psych. What is your grad degree in? Grad school can really pack on the lbs. uggh but we are now that much more accomplished and we can always lose the weight :)

cierranevada: I got my degree in Linguistics, much good did it do me since now I'm starting my BEd. in Septmeber. Try to avoid beer as the foundation of your food pyramid and brown bag your lunch. Those are two things I didn't do. It'll save you money so you can pay off your student loans faster too. :-)
