I made it to 190.8 today! :carrot:

The only reason though is I have been too sick to eat anything so I won't be at 190 for long :(. But who knows...maybe this is just the hump I needed to finally leave the 190s! I'm heading back to the gym tomorrow (after a day of recovery) in hopes to reach the light at the end of the tunnel!

Haha I have a feeling I'll be here for a bit longer though. :lol: How is everyone else doing?

Any tips for the 4th of July? I dread the holidays!

Yes!!!!! Finally after months in the 190s I hit 189.4!!! On to the 180s bye bye group. You guys all motivated me. It can be done! As far as tips for the 4th stick with lean meats at BBQ like grilled chicken or lean burgers and stay away from snacks. I load up on the watermelon because it has virtually no calories and it fills me up. Stick with vinaigrette dressings and do a ton of outdoor activities. Good luck!

Count me in this group! I've been hovering at 198 for a while now and haven't seen 180-something in such a ridiculously long time.

Gahh! Hopefully it will happen this week. I weighed in at 191.5-192 the past two days. This is the closest I've been to getting out of the 190s. I want to so bad, and it's SOO freakin close!!

I'm excited to be in this group... but I'm getting frustrated bouncing between 197-199. I hate bouncing so close 200! I want to be out of this group by sometime next month...

So my weight starts with a 1 now, barely though.
189 seems far away but I know I just have to work hard to get there.

191.5 lbs last two days... Really wishing tomorrow will be 191 or even.. 190.5

195.4 this morning.. That's a pound since yesterday :O I'm trying intermittent fasting right now and it's making me drop crazy numbers again! I really needed that though, after 7 months of losing weight. whoo!

Hey guys I'm a new resedent of ONEderland and thought I'd join this thread. It was weird I hit 199.5 on 7/13 and today I'm 197.2.

Since I'm now solidly in the 190s I think it's time to focus on getting to the 180s.

I just made a new sig and short term goal ticker. It's time to get moving :carrot:

I started the atkins diet about 3 weeks ago. I finally broke through the 200's in early August and I'm at 193 now. I saw 191 last week, but I had to start introduction some carbs back into my diet because I wasn't feeling that well. Sure enough, I wasn't getting enough sugars but my weight went up a bit (195ish). I'm working on bringing it back down tho! I can't wait to see the 180's!

I was almost out of the 190s last week - I got down to 190.2 and was so close I could taste it. But today I'm back up at 191.6! I think/hope it's just water weight fluctuations (I've stayed on plan, but I have upped my workouts the past couple of days...).

I can't wait to get out of here!
