I am ready to say good bye to the 190's the lowest I got was 195 and now i am between 197 to 199. Im still watching what I eat and working otu I dont know what else to do! I guess not give up I have been running and lifting more so maybe Im just gaining muscle, hopefully!

I just realized I've been in the 190's since March and now I am sick of the 190's. I feel like I've been derailed so much with a random high sodium meal here, a little cheat there, vacations, illnesses.
I need to get my but in gear. Scale keeps going from 193-196 depending on how well I'm eating. Even my exercising is less than before. I need to get back into the mindset I had when I first started this quest. OK, I feel better now. If I could get to 189 by July 1st that would be so awesome. |
I've been in the 190s since early February! My first hurdle was the period where it seemed like I could NOT get below 196 to save my life. But that came and went, and now 192 is the new obstacle, although I'm at 194 now. I just can't wait to start seeing a different set of numbers!

Well I wont be getting into the 180s any time soon. I went home for a week and gained 5 pounds. All my hard work shot to ****. I really just want to give up.

kells629 - Don't give up yet. I bet that everyone has times like these. I gained about ten pounds when I got back from winter break. It discourages you, but it also motivates you to build better habits.

Hey kells629 keep your head up! We DO all have those days I just had one yesterday and its gotten better today. Youll get back on track just stay focused.

and kells629 we all have setbacks but the point is we know that wont stop us in the long run. keep with it!! you can do it. just think of how far youve come!! Ive been in the 190s since the beginning of march and Ive slacked off bad after reaching my first big goal. Ive been down to 192 but right now Im anywhere between 196 and 199 depending on the day of week and time of day. I WILL NOT let myself go back into the 200 again though. I HATE that number. now that Ive had a vacation (took a two week trip) and school is over I feel I can refocus the weightloss this summer and kick some butt. so heres to getting out of the 190s!! we can do it! |
I just weighed on my scale at home and was 194.8. I have my weigh-in tonight for weight watchers so we will see what they say!

I've been stuck in the 190s for MONTHS. Sometimes I get discouraged about the slowness of weight loss but then I realize, "hey if you had been on track this whole time you'd have been done by now!" Funny how time goes so slow when you are on plan but once you start slacking it's like "hmm how have I not lost any weight all month??" |
Another day, probably going to use the bike in the gym. Hope to see the 180s soon :)

195 today, even after several days of being diligent. Unreal. This is getting very frustrating.

stayed at 190.2 for 3 days! :moo:

I'm so tired of the 190s... I'm still in the upper range of it. I want out by the middle of July, hopefully!
