I'm on the exteme fat smash diet and it's amazing, detoxing the first week you can lose up to 4lbs. I love food a lot and I'm finding it super easy. I'm at 192.4 and so far i've lost and addtional 8lbs on this diet! I love it.

I keep bouncing between 197 and 200! Ughhhhhhhhhh stop hitting 200 already! I was 197 today so I'm hoping those dreaded 2s are gone for good! I have my official weigh in on Saturday at WW, and I'm really hoping that I am 196!

Fat Smash diet? I haven't heard of it, I'm going to look it up! I think I need to do a detox anyway

Congrats Laneyy!!

Tomorrow's my "official" weigh in day! I am going to cry if I'm not 196... I already know I won't be though. I haven't weighed anything less than 197 this week, boo I wanted so badly to lose 3 each week! Next week I'm going to have to really push even harder to lose the extra! I want to be in the 170s by the end of May! I bet that's a bit ambitious, huh? We'll see if I can pull it off! (Note: I'm not going to do anything unsafe to get to that weight, just keep busting my butt at the gym and eating right. Hopefully the nice weather shows up soon so I can add in walking with the kids at the park to my exercise!)

Weighed in at 191 this morning! I can't wait to be out of the 190's! As soon as I do, it'll be my first 10 pounds lost and I'll start to feel like I'm actually accomplishing something, lol!

I'm at 190 (and a serious lurker who just joined after a year, so I don't have a signature just yet). I've been yo-yoing in the 190s since Christmas, so I'm really excited to possibly see the 180s this week. SO excited.

Im at 196. and have been jumping around from 201 to 193 for about a month and a half now... hopefully Ill be able to get it under control and reach the 180s haha

I feel like the scale hates me this week! I weigh every day, and this whole week it's just stuck between 191-192. Come onnnnnnn scale, get me out of the 190's!!!

To the people who's weight has been jumping around. Have you tried limiting your salt intake and also not eating 3 hours before you go to bed? This combined with doing 15 min of a workout before you go to bed might help with the fluctuations in weight.
