mmel3283-Twins! Congrats!

New to the thread but I lost I've been lurking a bit and I lost 100 pounds using old WW over a few years and I've decided to jump back on the new plan so hello!

mmel--That's a totally legit reason to stop "dieting"! Hubs and I have been trying, but we have MFI. So, I always think, if I do get pregnant, I know I won't gain a TON of weight, because now I know portion size and healthy foods because of WW! Where before, my reason to not start WW, was that I could get pregnant at any month!

mmel3283-Wow Congratulations!! That is definitely a good reason to take a break!!

Hope ya'll don't mind if I jump in, I just started ww at the beginning of April, so far I've lost 7lbs so I'm really happy with the progress so far. I've been following the online plan, but I'm going to start going to the meetings in my area as well.

I know there is a stat by WW on people who do just on-line VS people who attend meetings and those that attend meetings lose more and keep off the weight longer. I am a HUGE "pusher" for meetings. I love my meetings and my leader(s) so much that if I have time, I go twice a week (but only weigh in once)!! I love the Weekly mini magazine and hearing other people's success helps motivate me. Good luck and Welcome!!
