Default Stronger than a CINNABON!!!!

So, let me first just say, I am by no means above a good binge, however, when I see progress, I am more inclined to stay on track! TODAY, I noticed that there's a Cinnabon just two blocks away from my gym. I Really wanted one, Ugh:/ BUT I didn't get it. Yesterday, I noticed that someone one really wanted a cookie and everyone was all, omg have a freakin cookie already! Well, um can someone tell me to have a CINNABON....HA! I'm over here day dreaming about it's icing glaze...FML

Go get one and split it with me :P
I don't know I'm very much if I want it I'll have it. 1 isn't going to kill you, but if you have no control and need like 5 more...then I'd say NO, and kick you. lol

I figured it out for me if I crave chocolate I'll eat a mars bar, it has so much sugar in it that 1 will kill the craving right off the bat!

Lol...ohhh Cinnabon. I have only eaten a few cinnabons, and they're pretty fantastic. Even when I didn't give a HOOT about calories or fat or anything of the sort, I felt like cinnabons were deliciously naughty treats.

I LOVE this clip by Jim Gaffigan about Cinnabon, hahahahahahaha
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i5LcBdbH8bo

But actually, Cinnabon isn't the ABSOLUTE worst treat that you could have. According to caloriecount.com (the calorie counting website I use), there are 730 calories in a classic cinnabon. That's a heck of a lot, but it could theoretically be squeezed into a daily calorie allotment if you reeeaaally wanted it for a very special treat. Especially if you split it with a friend. Considering the calorie counts of other desserts, fast food junk, etc...it's pretty middle of the road.

Ok first of all you people are crazy!! I WILL NOT SPLIT A CINNABON!! Lol cinnabons are not for sharing! But seriously, I could work it in to cheat day but I had no idea it was over 700 calories, damn!

However, I do like the candy bar idea, that could kill a craving fast with less calories...Maybe i'll look to see how many calories are ina pilsbury cinnabon roll. NOT THE SAME, but close!

Get one on the way to the gym, eat it before you go in, and then stay until you burn off all 730 calories!! lol

LOL OP, I loooooooooove Cinnabon!!! Luckily there aren't any of them near my house, but there are two ice cream places on my way home from the lake I jog/walk and there are 2 ways I avoid going in there and getting 2 scoops of cookie dough with an extra helping of whipped cream:

1. I don't bring any money with me when I walk, whenever I bring it with me, I end up spending money on food (and for a broke fat girl, that's a lethal combination
2. I whip out my phone and add the "treat" to my daily calculator and once I see my calories, sugar, carbs go up, I just keep on walking. This usually helps me avoid treats (usually. Sometimes, I just go for it!)

MMMMMMmmmmmmmm Cinnabon..... i miss Cinnabon so much, the closest one is about 140 miles away from me and when i lived in Utah the only ones were in the airport so I really haven't had one since before I moved to Utah in fall of 2003.

Cinnamon gives me a horrible sore throat after eating it and Cinnabon is one of the few foods that I am willing to deal with the sore throat for a day or two after eating.

I once figured that a cinnabon with extra frosting and a glass of whole milk was an ENTIRE days worth of WW points for me. All the one around here closed... probably for the best!
