These are my celebrations for losing x amount of weight:
-10 pounds: Get eyebrows waxed
-15 pounds: Whiten teeth
-20 pounds: Dye hair back to blonde
-30 pounds: Tanning
I started to get serious about my weight/health in the beginning of March (when I joined WW, etc.).
My sister thinks I need to include the 6 pounds I lost in late February (before getting serious)... which would mean I'm 1 pound away from the 10 pounds. I planned to do it from March forward, which means I'm about 7 pounds away from 10 pounds.
What do you think? Am I supposed to count the total even though it was before I had decided? Or just go with counting what I lost from starting WW and on?
I hope that made sense, I had a hard time figuring out how to explain it
