I found this on someone's weight loss blog and I thought it was very motivating. I read this every morning in order to stay focused on my goals.
Feel free to add your own "Every day I will..." motivational sentences as well

I'm sure we can come up with more than 10.

1. I will wake up everyday with a positive thought.
2. I will wake up thinking of things, people, and ideas that brings me joy. This is mandatory.
3. Negativity is not invited to this party
4. I will be grateful and thankful for the that I have in my life
5. When I am upset over someone, I will think about the things I LOVE about them, instead of lingering and obsessing about the things they did wrong
6. I will NOT focus on things that are going wrong, but rather, focus on things that are going right.
7. I will focus on what I want (lose weight), own that thought and believe that I can do it.
8. I will go to bed with a positive thought and be thankful for things that I have and believe that I can achieve anything when I put my heart and soul in it.
9. It is possible that sometimes things do not go into my favor; I will not let the negatives get me down. I will march on with my eye on the prize.
10. Find happiness within me, instead of waiting for it to come from someone or somewhere else. Take charge of my own joy and fulfillment.
