exercising kicks TOM's butt!!
I had no idea how much influence exercising has on TOM. Before I started exercising, it lasted like 4-5 days and the cramps were killer. Now, since I exercise 4 days a week, TOM was actually not a big deal at all! Only slight cramps and it seriously lasted only 2 days and it was super light! I could get used to this!! Anyone else noticed changes with TOM since you started eating right and exercising??
Despite the positivies.. I still gained 5 pounds I hope just water weight.. havn't lost that yet (about to drive me nuts).
