Talking exercising kicks TOM's butt!!

I had no idea how much influence exercising has on TOM. Before I started exercising, it lasted like 4-5 days and the cramps were killer. Now, since I exercise 4 days a week, TOM was actually not a big deal at all! Only slight cramps and it seriously lasted only 2 days and it was super light! I could get used to this!! Anyone else noticed changes with TOM since you started eating right and exercising??

Despite the positivies.. I still gained 5 pounds I hope just water weight.. havn't lost that yet (about to drive me nuts).

Yes! I don't wake up in the middle of the night anymore with pain, lasts about 4 days instead of 6!

I just experienced this last week.

Easiest TOM by far since I was in high school! It only lasted about 3 days and like you, very light. That alone will keep me exercising regularly. I didn't even have to take any pamprin and all I did was drink some sparkling water when I had some slight cramps and that helped a lot.
