Rum is probably the worst for you (most sugar)...probably why I like it so much!...I usually do gin and diet tonic with lots of lime...it takes getting used to, but according to my nutrition freak bf, its the best for you. Plus, as someone said, it helps you not guzzle the drink down so fast. Another favorite is wine diluted with diet sprite..cuts back the calories. An at home favorite is the Baja bob mixes...your typical margarita could have 1200+ calories..but these mixes are calorie free so the only calories come from the alcohol. They have a whole variety of mixes...some good, some not so much lol
