Hey guys, I'm back! I kinda fell off the wagon for a while, but I'm back and ready to get back on track. Frustrated with mysel because I should've been at goal already if I'd stuck to plan and now in abt 5 lbs up from where I was. But I'm back on now n back here - this place was soo incredibly helpful, you guys are the best.
How did you get back on the wagon? What was your setback/regain like? I am experiencing that right now and looking for inspiration and a role model...
I just realized that I my eating habits had gotten terrible again and that my clothes were slightly tighter. I had been maintaining at my previous weight (abt156) and now I've gone back up some. Im just reminding myself of why I started this in the first place. I want to be healthy n confident n feel good in summer clothes. So I'm gettig back on track n going back to filling out my diet/weight tracker. And I'm going back to daily weights. That keeps me on track more than anything I think.
