  • Well doesn't help yesterdays weighin, but weighed in at 200.8 this morning! Hehe...so close to Onderland!
  • Bahhhh I'm still up!!! Stupid pizza.
  • So this week I'm down 0.8, but I also went out for drinks with friends both friday and saturday - drinks always mess up my loss....

    SW: 194.2 (88.1 kg)

  • I put my weight in a day late...oops! I went for a run this morning- 3 miles! Woot! I walked some of it but all that matters is that i did it!
  • I weighed my self yesterday but my internet was down so I posted today, down a little over a pound could have been more but I was not so perfect this week and I added yogurt to my diet, good for the system, extra calories kinda suck but hey I'd rather be healthy inside and out! I read that women who add yogurt to their diet lose more belly fat than those without. Now I know you can't spot train but there is something about the bacteria in yogurt that targets that really bad belly fat!

  • emilyszinaka, that's so interesting about the yogurt, I start everyday with yogurt and special K (banana too when I have some in) and the weight is falling off my belly SO much faster than anywhere else, so maybe there's so truth in it!

    Does anyone know the magic food for bums and thighs?! Can't wait until I start losing loads from these areas!

    I am? haha I feel like such a slow loser! I go up and down all the time! My big loss this week was mainly water weight. I'm hoping for a 1 or 2 pound loss this week but the scale looks to be going up...we will see! I need to eat more calories now that I'm working out. Its so hard! (never thought I would say that)

    I decided that I'm cutting sugar out for lent. It will be so hard but I know it will help me so much. I'm not dedicated enough to do it on my own so leaving myself accountable to God should help me out some
  • I'm so ready for Sunday! I had a couple whooshes & I wanna put a great number in! I stalled for 2 weeks at 169, had a gorge day to kick-start my body, & have lost 5.6lbs since Friday. Obviously, it's not all true weight, but you have to lose the water weight to lose fat. I'm hoping for 166 by Sunday, but that might be a very lofty goal

  • I'm drinking my water so I can get back to my START weight or maybe below if im lucky!
  • I'm down about a pound from Sunday, so I'm hoping to get a good whoosh in by next weigh in. I'm happy with the 1 pound though, because Monday I was up from where I was Sunday, so at least I'm going back in the right direction!
  • OK I finally remembered to weigh in this morning and I am up a little bit but I am hoping it is just water.
