I weighed my self yesterday but my internet was down

so I posted today, down a little over a pound could have been more but I was not so perfect this week and I added yogurt to my diet, good for the system, extra calories kinda suck but hey I'd rather be healthy inside and out! I read that women who add yogurt to their diet lose more belly fat than those without. Now I know you can't spot train but there is something about the bacteria in yogurt that targets that really bad belly fat!
