  • Doing good so far. Saw 195.8 this morning but weighed again later and been seeing 194.2! Woo! Hoping it's this good by the weekend. Always have a rise after workouts.

    I've lost a 2.4 lb this week, which I'm pretty happy with as I was kinda up n down. Now only 2 weeks to England, so I'm going to go for it on the exercise front and try not to wreak the food side of things with leaving parties and meals and stuff. I've gotta be good this week, got an all you can eat buffet next Sunday, if I lose a lot this week, I'm allowed to enjoy it!

  • 164.6 today!!! A new low!! Haven't seen that number in 6 years, & I'm gonna blow right into the 150s

  • I'm still here, updating the spreadsheet every week....just not really participating in the thread. But I want to change that!!!

    Saw a new low this morning....189.8!!!! This is pretty much where I was back when I lost a big amount the first time and stalled. But that was after losing 60 pounds and I think my body needed the break. Now I'm rearing to go to hit more and more new lows
  • I'm still here. 195.6 this morning. Blah. I almost wanted to put yesterday's weight, 194.6, but I didn't...no cheating. lol Just need to get back on top of my exercise plan. Joined the Walk for Life that they are doing in my area. Will be walking 2 miles to benefit our pregnancy center in May. Just need to get some sponsors. Been so stressed lately...my Cna certification test is coming up on the 2nd...eek!

  • Oops, didn't realise I had missed a whole week out...have just updated for last week and for yesterday. I am no where near my goal and pretty sure I won't be making it...but I'll keep going.

    6.6 from my goal & I think I'll hit it by April 24th no problem! 2 more lbs & I'll hit another mini goal I'm worried that it's going to get harder & harder once I hit the 150s to maintain the steady weight loss as I get closer to my goal...but I'm praying it doesn't!

  • Weighed in yesterday...home scale is 164.7! I've said before, but I'm going off my home scale for this challenge and my ticker is my weigh ins at my weight loss center. I think the difference is with clothes and after eating breakfast...but its ok. YAy for a loss!
