I started Insanity last night and I was wondering if anyone else was doing this or has done it

I did it a few months back and loved it! Lost 15 lbs the first month.
I do The Max Interval Sports Training workout once a week.
It kicks your booty but it's fun

I have a friend who I think started doing it. I don't I didn't hear of it until she mentioned it on FB. I might check it out tho since my trust Jillian DVD's are no longer working wonders for mee

It is definitely a crazy workout... I haven't sweat that much in a long long time...so for now I'm in love...but still not giving up my hour cardio sessions...because I just really like them

I just started doing P90x last week, but I'm thinking about doing Insanity afterwards. How is it so far?

Mary it is intense... I've tried p90x but I didn't feel like buying all of the stuff and I'm not trying to get ripped... just smaller lol... I like it so far
