Hello, Miss Awesome! Cute avatar, I love your hair!
So yeah, I've slipped and fallen off of 3FC, but I'm back!

Mini update on me:
I've moved to rent a house with my sister, I'm STILL unpacking haha, switched offices at work, lost the Internet at home, fell off plan preHalloween to present, completed that Warrior Dash 5k on Saturday (sprained my left foot running over a large stretch of hay bundles ), and gained 15-20 lbs! I'll be hitting the gym tonight (signing up at my sister's gym and will be going at 1-3 times a week this month as a goal) and will be back on the WW wagon tomorrow (picking back up the tracking and food portions, ditching the candy/sweets/vanilla chai lattes).

How have you all been? I got quite a few posts to catch up on!

Aww! We are so glad to have you back. I've been pretty off track, as well. I am back around 180, so really since July I've only maintained a 4 lb loss. But I'm okay with that. It's better than a 4 lb gain. I started boot camp yesterday. I can hardly move (who thought getting off the toilet would be so physically draining?). This is the first consistent exercising I've done in about 3 years. Right now it's five days a week for four weeks. I'll see how it goes and I'm hoping to sign up for the next session as well, though maybe only three days a week. Excited about the move? No internet at home? Eek!

A bunch of us are having a hard time lately. I almost feel like I did back when I very first started. I seemed to have a fear of actually starting my healthy living. I couldn't bring myself to go to the gym or anything. I am not quite as bad or anything but I can't seem to get that run in! Last night I had to go grocery shopping and by the time I got home it was dark and I don't have reflective gear. One of these days!!! hopefully today.

Anybody like greek yogurt? This is a new thing for me but I absolutely love honey flavored greek yogurt. That was the main reason I was going to the grocery store and they were out! Errrr! You can't get me addicted and then not keep up on the stock. Come on now.

I like it, too. It's kind of weird at first, but I get NF plain and just mix it with Blueberries. Yum!!! How many pts+ is the honey flavored? The NF plain is only 2, and the blueberries are free so it's a really low point, filling snack!

Kind of funny (in a not funny way) that we are all having a hard time. I thought it would be so easier being out of school because over the summer I did so well just working full time. Ugh. This too shall pass.

Ade- mine is 3 pts. :/ It's my breakfast (usually with berries too). It is SOOOOO good. I tried a couple other kinds and they were ok but the honey is to die for (to me). lol

Zan- thanks for making our thread title pretty.

Hi! I'm kinda new to this site and to WW. I just started my third week of WW and so far so good.

I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I'm Megan, 28 from New Orleans. Not looking forward to the next few weeks because Mardi GRAS is coming up and that means King Cake and booze! I'm gonna try to stay on track with WW thru the carnival season. I just know it's gonna be difficult.

Welcome catahoula! Good luck with sticking to your plan through the festivities! I know there is no way I could do it but then again I have never been to Mardi Gras so I would of course have to indulge! lol I haven't had King Cake in years. Yum!

hey ladies...

hey zan- giddy up for getting back on the bandwagon

ade- bootcamp sounds super intense! are you all doing diff things on different days?

catahoula- welcome!!!

i love greek yogurt as well-i'm kinda partial to the trader joe's brand (cheaper!!!) i like buying the plain kind as well and using it in smoothies.

wannab-i know wonderbread used to make low cal hot dog buns, but i'm not sure if they make them anymore. the only thing i can think of is the arnold/orowheat sandwich thins that are rectangular (subthins??? i forget what they're called). they're prolly 3 pts each.

i've been feeling kinda blah these past few days. since sunday actually. funny, the day started great, cause i hit my 25lb mini goal. then i went out to get a pack of smokes and some guy called me a fat a** because i wasn't crossing the street fast enough for him!!! meanie. then i've been arguing with my bf the past few days, and i just feel like crapola. i'm not happy about reaching that goal almost, and i'm not feeling that zest about working towards a goal that i was feeling before. hopefully it'll pass.
i've been staying on plan, so thats a plus. but i didn't work out yesterday. or today. boooo. hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.

Wannab- Try it, it is a little thicker but you can mix it with so much stuff. Someone I know mixes it with their fruit cups and mixes in the water too just to make it thinner. Or smoothies like Fillupthesky mentioned.

Fillupthesky- what a jackass! I hate people that are impatient or feel the need to just be stupid and mean. Don't let the past few days get you down. You will have your ups and downs, just remember that and don't let the downs stop you from reaching your goals.

I am still just maintaining. Which I am happy about! Why do I always get stuck on the even numbers? 180 was a B and now 170. It's like a reach the goal and run out of steam.

OH NOOOO it's almost girl scout cookie time!!! I never had a problem before but for the past couple years I have been using the cookie boxes to craft with and I feel compelled to order a bunch! Lucky for me I can just ask everyone in my office to collect their boxes for me. But still. I know I will probably order like 6 boxes and those tagalongs just don't last more than a few minutes! Anybody else have Girl Scout cookie issues?
