i was just wondering if anybody consideres sports as a workout becuase i did 40 mins of volleyball today, just bumping it back and forth with another person and i was dieing my heartrate was higher than anytime ive done jillian so i wrote it on my workout challenge page! cause i think it should count as exercise. i was just wondering if anybody else feels this way?
Oh yeah, and the best workout around imo. I haven't played any team sports in forever, but I really would love to join an adult soccer league when I am in better shape/have lost weight. I used to play a lot of sports, i miss that.
I agree with everyone else - sports can totally be a workout! Of course, like anything else, you can just half do it and not really make it worth your while but it sounds like you had a great workout playing volleyball!
