Default Confessions of a Junk-0-holic...

I just ate Mcdonalds...a big mac with extra cheese and a root beer, yes fries were involved in this love fest too...

I'm ASHAMED!

Not really it was good, I could have really done without but I was shopping and...I really don't have excuses, it was there easy to grab to eat and now I don't need to worry about dinner lol.

So here it is ladies and gents...The confession booth of things you shouldn't have ate and are ashame to tell people you did; but you know you eventually will...SO LET IT ALL OUT HERE!

I am preheating my oven right now for a frozen pizza. I am sick, and food prep makes my brains hurt... I'm way under on my cals for the day anyway...

MiZTaCCen- Taco Bell is my weakness and I don't even know why. The food is not good and is SO high in calories. I watched the 4 year old cheeseburger video and that cured me from ALL McDonalds food.

I <3 McDonalds. I always will. Alcohol lasts for 40 years, and I drink plenty of that, so obviously I'm not going to be upset by a 4 year old cheeseburger

I try not to be ashamed of things when I eat. If I'm eating something, I'm going to own it. And if I'm not enjoying something that I'm eating, I just stop eating it.

Of course, that was a huge mental barrier to get over. HUGE.

I ate a whole bag of sour cream and onion lays chips last night. Needless to say, I feel like crap today. I don't know why I do it, either.

I am glad to know I'm not the only one who struggles with this!

I have been to a few Overeaters Anonymous meetings and my favorite part is listening and sharing confessions. I am one of those who had a hard time putting it down even when I wasn't enjoying it. like Stella mentioned, HUGE mental barrier. I would sit there listening to myself (in my head) say things like "why are you eating this? it tastes like crap and is terrible for you! Why aren't you listening to me!?". I mean I would literally be screaming at myself from the inside. I have gotten a lot better but of course I will always have my moments.

These blasted 7-layer bars that my boyfriend's parents sent home with me! They are freaking delicious. I can usually skip the salty stuff and the fried stuff, but I LOVE sweets.

Of all the treats that paraded across my desk this holiday season, the Enstrom's peppermint chocolate bark got me. Oh. My. GOD.

I don't know if this counts since I didn't eat it but I'm craving checkers chili cheese fries. Sometimes even thinking bout it makes me feel guilty lol.
