After a pig out Vday dinner and a new scale that i bought i'm at 155.4 today. Then i went to work where i have been weighing in up until now and it was at 154 sooo not liking the new one but im just gunna have to adjust.

Ughhhh.. scale was up 2lb today, TOM should be here the end of the week. Hoping thats all this is. Been having bad cravings too. And I will admit I cheated a little. But Im going to get this under control.. tommorow,and pray for a whoosh of water weight down after TOM!
146.8. Im happy with that. I had to go pick up pepperoni pizza for my hung over boss yesterday. driving in the car with that smell was torture! I managed to resist and not order a slice for myself.
Hellooo everyone! Soo ecstatic, weighed in at 158 today (with thicker than usual sweatpants on, w/o them on i was 157 =) So so so glad to be out of the 160s, was in that decade for way tooo long...and cannot wait to be out of the 150s now haha
140.6 pounds. I can't believe I saw the 130's last Saturday and it has eluded me ever since! I also thought I'd see it this morning...but there's always the next two days of the weekend...crossing my fingers!
Oh my gosh! Ive officially hit the 140's! i was 149.5 yesterday but refused to believe it, so waited untill today to post. Weighed again this morning, and it appears, it is real!
Was back down to 155 today.. water weight is crazy? I don't fully understand it but I do know when I get my 64oz of water, it keeps the number on the scale stabilized..and helps me see results from my diet/excersice. *shrugs* So Im back on track for my Monday weigh in. woohoo.
weightforme - i don't think it's that imp to weigh urself the same time everyday...i usually weigh myself in the morning b/w 9:30am-12pm...time is the only thing not controlled...everything else is, same exact spot everyday, must weigh TMI after I poop and before I eat
Hi everyone! I'm new to this thread. I've been in the 150s for about three weeks and expect to spend a few months here until I get below 140. Right now I need to concentrate on working out consistently (5-6 times per week). I came down with a cold last weekend so that threw me off for this week, exercise-wise. :/
